To strengthen our ABB Ability™ Manufacturing Operations Management team, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer, who is an effective team player with excellent communication skills. Manufacturing Operation Management portfolio encompass capabilities of process intelligence and manufacturing execution helping various plant stakeholder's effective decision-making and reliable lean production execution by fully integrated operations.

You will be working in cross-functional team which operates in an international environment. Being part of this team means also being a part of the huge stream which operates using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Develop and deploy infrastructure automation solutions, focusing on Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Tracks KPIs to measure the success of DevOps implementation and monitor on project level for necessary improvement.
• Listen to and support teams in problem-identification and decision-making
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps Engineer role, plus University degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with Linux systems preferably Red Hat
• Programming fundamentals and ability to use at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell, bash or sh
• Fluency in English
• Experience in using Git
