Senior Marketing Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is hiring for a Project / Senior Manager on the Marketing Modernization team, you will lead and support initiatives that advance one of Toronto's banks Digital & Direct Marketing ecosystem. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, manage strategic projects, and drive marketing technology transformation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

7+ years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing or digital transformation

Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder

Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud

Strong understanding of marketing technology implementation

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Experience in the banking or financial services industry

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator)

Familiarity with Adobe Marketing tools
