SAP Project Manager

Job Title: SAP Program Lead / SAP Project Manager(1-Year Contract)

Location: Qatar

Salary: QAR 25,000 – QAR 28,000 per month

Industry: Large-Scale Industrial / Energy / Oil & Gas

Note: This is a fixed-term contract role for 1 year.

Role Overview

Our Client is looking for a highly experienced SAP Program Lead to manage and deliver end-to-end SAP initiatives within a major industrial or energy sector organization in Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle of SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements—from initiation to successful go-live
• Oversee scope definition, project timelines, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Serve as a strategic liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Provide regular progress updates and insights to senior leadership and executive teams
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in SAP program or project management roles
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale SAP projects in the energy, oil & gas, or heavy industry sectors
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including S/4HANA, MM, PM, and FI/CO
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate are preferred
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
