We’re Hiring: HR Generalist (x2) | Remote | High-Growth, High-Intensity People-Ops Warriors Needed.

We’re growing VERY fast.

Last year we did $2 million.

We just closed $1 million in Q1.

Our goal is $10 million this year — and we’re on track.

Now we need two world-class HR operators to help us scale to that next level — fast, efficiently, and without losing our minds.

This is not a cushy HR job...

This is a war-time, heavy-metal, lots-of-carnage role for brilliant, tech-savvy people who type 60 WPM+, think in systems, and execute like machines.

You will tag-team with Jane (our interim HR Director), ripping the admin burden off her plate and owning day-to-day recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, and people-ops chaos for 150+ (mostly international) teammates — and scaling toward ~200 movements a month.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take command of recruiting & onboarding funnels in BambooHR, Slack, & Google Sheets — aim for 200 hires/exits per month without a hitch.
• Maintain live dashboards for time-to-fill, new-hire velocity, retention, contractor status, etc.
• Own spreadsheets & data hygiene so Jane can stay strategic.
• Keep our HR Zoom lobby open (see below) and hustle instant interviews.
• Draft, refine, and enforce SOPs (yes, you’ll build many from scratch).
• Spot bottlenecks and smash them with a “no-excuses” mentality.
• Work EST hours (core window 9 am – 6 pm ET) and drive accountability across hiring managers.
• Operate 40-50 hrs/week at full throttle; chaos is your cardio.

Who You Need to Be

• Battle-tested people-ops tactician — at least 2 yrs running high-volume recruiting or HR in a startup or BPO.
• Keyboard ninja: 60+ words per minute (we’ll test you).
• Tool-agnostic & automation-hungry: BambooHR, Slack, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Zapier, ClickUp/Asana — you figure out the fastest route.
• Calm in the mosh pit: heavy workload, conflicting priorities, no problem.
• Data-literate: you live in sheets, pivot tables, and simple SQL/Looker queries.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
• PHR / SHRM-CP or similar? Sweet, but horsepower outranks letters.
