Job Title: UI developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and test frontend components for a large-scale internal release pipeline solution
• Work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure all Red Hat product releases go through this secure system
• Use React, TypeScript, and PatternFly to create a cohesive, user-friendly UI
• Participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies as part of a ~150-person team
• Support modernization of older infrastructure while maintaining reliable legacy support

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in React.js and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of TypeScript
• Experience with PatternFly (Red Hat's design system)
• Ability to work on secure, internal tools for CI/CD pipeline

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Backstage or Reddit’s Developer Hub
• Experience modernizing legacy infrastructure
• Open source contribution experience
• Understanding of CI/CD systems or software supply chain environments

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000 – $115,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
