Senior Officer – Card Services Management

A reputable financial institution is seeking a highly motivated Senior Officer – Card Services Management to join its expanding Operations Division. This position reports directly to the Lead – Card Processing & Issuance and plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless issuance, processing, and delivery of debit and credit cards.

Key Areas of Impact:

• Drive daily card issuance operations, coordinating seamlessly with both internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of debit and credit cards.
• Safeguard operational integrity by upholding card production standards and adhering to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Lead issue resolution efforts, oversee service level agreements, and contribute to the continual improvement of card processing systems.
• Streamline processes to elevate customer experience, minimize delays, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure robust documentation and reporting, maintaining full alignment with internal policies, audit guidelines, and risk management standards.

Ideal Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline—such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 12 years of proven expertise in card issuance, processing, or fulfillment, ideally within a banking or financial institution.
• Solid experience working with card management platforms and a strong grasp of operational risk controls.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to manage competing priorities with confidence.
• Knowledge of GCC banking regulations and a dedication to superior customer service are highly regarded.
