We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Fixed Retail Scanner Business Unit and lead a strategic portfolio of products from concept to end-of-life.
You'll define product strategy, gather customer needs, shape roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that make a difference. You'll be the voice of the customer and the market ensuring every product delivers measurable value.

About The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Fixed Retail Scanner Business Unit and lead a strategic portfolio of products from concept to end-of-life.
You'll define product strategy, gather customer needs, shape roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that make a difference. You'll be the voice of the customer and the market ensuring every product delivers measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to phase-out
- Define requirements (PRD), value proposition, and business case
- Analyze customer needs (VoC) and market trends
- Guide pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Monitor product performance, quality, and cost
- Support forecasting and lifecycle planning
- Develop product documentation and training
- Build relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar (Master's a plus)
- 2โ5 years experience in Product Management or similar roles
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Customer-centric, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall development
- Experience with tools like SAP, IBM Jazz, Microsoft Office
- Background in R&D or Program Management
- Experience in AIDC, IT, or Retail Tech sectors
- Knowledge of product marketing best practices
