My client based in Dublin are currently on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading project teams and mentoring project managers to deliver strategic business outcomes.

In this role, you'll not only manage high-impact projects but also guide and develop a team of project managers, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across the organization.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we scale, optimize, and innovate, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support a team of project managers, providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and professional development.
• ELead high-priority, cross-functional projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to define project scopes, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive portfolio-level visibility across multiple workstreams, ensuring consistency in execution and reporting.
• Establish risk mitigation strategies and governance frameworks to ensure predictability and control.
• Act as a central point of coordination between engineering, sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key client accounts, managing expectations and driving satisfaction.
• Champion scalable and repeatable project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.
• Analyze project performance data to guide continuous improvement efforts and support business case development.
• Partner with business development teams to provide insight into delivery capabilities, timelines, and methodologies.

Experience:

• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years managing or mentoring other project managers.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent, with a track record of delivering multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Confluence). Able to navigate technical conversations confidently.
• Capable of translating business strategies into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes.
• MBA, MSc, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in organizational change management or transformation programs is a plus.
• Experience working in Ecommerce is advantageous
