Global Project Management Officer (PMO)

What will you do?

The Project Management Officer supports the coordination and optimization of project management practices across our global teams. This role focuses on helping to standardize basic processes, assist with project tracking and documentation, and ensure teams follow agreed workflows. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide structure, maintain oversight of project timelines, and contribute to process improvements that help projects run smoothly.

• Support the development and rollout of standardized project management processes across teams, focusing on practical improvements in efficiency and consistency
• Help maintain documentation and tools related to project tracking, resource planning, and performance reporting
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring teams follow agreed project guidelines and timelines
• Monitor project progress and help gather data on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support evaluation and reporting
• Flag potential project risks or bottlenecks and support the implementation of improvements or corrective actions
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment across departments
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers on project-related activities, ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables
• Contribute to training materials and basic support for team members unfamiliar with project processes
• Take part in process improvement initiatives and provide input on how to streamline daily project operations

We ask

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, project management or related field.
• A hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and optimization
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Experience working in a Managed Services environment and understanding of recurring revenue business models
• Familiarity with renewal sales processes or experience supporting sales cycles
• A structured approach and the ability to ensure teams adhere to standard procedures and workflows
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to follow up and keep stakeholders accountable
