ServiceNow Developer

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Developer, you’ll lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality solutions across ServiceNow — with a particular focus on Now Assist, HR Service Delivery, and automation. You’ll provide architectural guidance, mentor junior developers, and play a hands-on role in scripting and solution delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions using advanced scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)
• Design scalable, robust workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Build across multiple modules, especially ITSM, HR, and Now Assist (GenAI, AI Search, Skill Builder)
• Collaborate in Agile teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery
• Stay current on emerging tech like Document Intelligence, Mobile Apps, and Process Mining

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• Strong JavaScript and scripting skills (GlideScript, REST APIs)
• Experience mentoring developers and reviewing code
• Familiar with at least 5 ServiceNow modules (e.g., HRSD, ITSM, Performance Analytics, APM, etc.)
• Certified in CSA, CAD, or CIS
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AngularJS, HTML, and integration architecture

Bonus Points For:

• Experience building Now Assist skills (AI Search, Skill Builder, Virtual Agent)
• Development experience outside of ServiceNow (cloud-native, full-stack)
• ITIL Foundation+ certification
