You are a passionate procurement professional, who enjoys communication, optimizing operational efficiency by supporting with your knowledge and experience and coordinating projects within a global context?

Reporting to the VISIT Procurement Project Manager, you will support cross-functional projects as an expert in procurement. These projects focus on Route-to-Market (RTM) and supply chain enhancement and optimization for point-of-sale (POS) materials. You’ll act as the main point of contact for your assigned projects, ensuring smooth coordination and progress.

You will also be responsible for creating and delivering clear, engaging presentations to colleagues across departments, helping communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

Drive improvements in P2P and S2C processes with internal and external partners. Gather supply base data to support project needs and align processes with business requirements. Participate in expert workshops, offering insights and an external perspective. Lead supplier communication, training, and knowledge transfer.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Lead and coordinate projects shaping the new POS strategy. Define and implement detailed project requirements. Oversee tool testing, training, and stakeholder reporting. Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure goal alignment across all phases. Drive continuous process improvement.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Work closely with teams across Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment through regular updates. Promote innovation and continuous improvement across all project functions.

COMMUNICATION SUPPORT

Create clear and engaging presentations to support departmental updates, project progress, and strategic initiatives. Assist in preparing materials for internal meetings, workshops, and senior management reviews. Translate complex project topics into visually compelling and easy-to-understand formats.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field, or proven long-term experience on the job
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a procurement role, working within a fast-paced environment within a global organization
  • Good understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes (ideally in the FMCG industry)
  • Knowledge in supply chain management and understanding of E2E supply chain process and it’s implication on sourcing decisions
  • Team player with very good interpersonal and communication skills to build trustful relationships on a global level
  • Project management experience of advantage
  • Business fluent English skills are a must
  • Excellent analytical skills. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
