Marketing and Community Manager

We are looking for a proactive Marketing and Community Manager to support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing Minterest’s marketing vision and building a thriving community. This role is focused on managing marketing operations and fostering an engaging community environment. You’ll be responsible for moderating community platforms, coordinating marketing initiatives, and enhancing user interactions to drive engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate has a passion for DeFi, a collaborative mindset, and experience in community management or marketing within Web3 or blockchain. This role is essential to ensuring that our community and marketing operations are seamless, informative, and reflective of Minterest’s commitment to user-focused value.

• Manage Marketing Operations: Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, content, and email to increase brand visibility and user acquisition.
• Content Support: Assist with content creation and distribution, ensuring alignment with Minterest’s brand messaging and mission to demystify DeFi for users.
• Community Moderation: Actively monitor and moderate Minterest’s community platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter), responding to questions, addressing issues, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
• User Engagement: Develop and implement community engagement strategies, including AMAs, discussions, and events, to enhance user engagement and loyalty.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and share community feedback with the marketing and product teams, helping to improve the user experience and identify growth opportunities.
• Campaign Reporting: Track and analyze community and marketing metrics to provide insights that improve future initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and support teams to ensure timely communication with the community about updates, launches, and protocol changes.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with DeFi trends and competitor strategies, ensuring Minterest’s marketing efforts are relevant and competitive.

• Experience in Marketing and Community Management: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or community role within crypto, fintech, or Web3.
• Understanding of DeFi/Blockchain Concepts: Familiarity with decentralized finance and blockchain technology, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for community members.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with the community, fostering positive interactions.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to coordinate campaigns, moderate communities, and manage tasks efficiently.
• Experience in Community Platforms: Proficiency in moderating and engaging on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
• Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze engagement data to refine community and marketing strategies.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English: Proficiency in written and verbal English, essential for clear community interactions.
