Business software analyst

We are looking for a business software analyst to join our team and take a key role in driving software and business process optimization. This role is perfect for someone passionate about analyzing complex systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions that align with business goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business and software processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders, teams and clients, to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, technical specifications, workflows, and process diagrams
• Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to clarify objectives and gather feedback
• Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them during project lifecycles
• Act as a liaison between the business and development teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery
• Support the design and implementation of process automation tools and solutions
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve implemented solutions to maximize business value.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in business software analytics
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field to analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with tools and technologies used in process automation and software delivery
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering results.
