Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Tallin. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing system administration tasks, and offering help desk support. Day-to-day tasks include addressing IT-related inquiries, managing system configurations, ensuring network security, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Information Technology and System Administration expertise
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with various operating systems and network protocols
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
