Principle has partnered with one of the fastest-growing global tech companies as they continue to scale their Technical Support Engineering team here in Dublin.

We’re helping them appoint a Support Engineer to work closely with blue-chip clients, supporting the integration of their award-winning SaaS platform across complex, global environments.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team working with modern tools and solving real-world tech challenges.

What’s on Offer:

• €49,000 annual salary
• Hybrid work model – 2–3 days onsite in their cutting-edge Dublin City offices

Your Experience:

• Strong scripting/debugging skills in JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows Shell
• Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, Email Infrastructure, and RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL)
• Comfortable with data extraction tools like JDBC and ODBC
• Experience working in Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server environments

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to SOAP and REST APIs
• Hands-on with the ServiceNow platform
• Previous experience supporting SaaS/PaaS applications
