Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity) - 6 Month Contract - 100% Remote

Remote | Full-Time hours - UAE Business Hours Monday to Friday

A growing cybersecurity firm is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its client project team. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering high-impact deployments of advanced cybersecurity solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from onboarding to operational integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for cybersecurity solution implementations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to ensure delivery success.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of professional service offerings, especially for complex integrations with SIEMs (e.g., Splunk, Elastic), SOAR tools, packet brokers, and threat detection workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing and documenting best practices and lessons learned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in technical project management or professional services roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with both engineers and executives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and network protocols (TCP/IP).
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Rocketlane, JIRA, or similar.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms—Splunk experience required; others (Elastic, Humio) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
