As a Senior Project Manager within the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) team, your role centers on strategic and collaborative engagement with the business to drive the successful delivery of projects with measurable outcomes. You will be helping with the delivery of new strategic initives that are being introduced. This is a high-level position that will be working hand in hand with the high level executives and C-suite stakeholders.

What you will bring:

· 15+ years of direct Project Management experience in increasing complexity and challenging projects.

· Demonstrated experience in business transformation, emphasizing streamlining processes and a proactive embrace of automation-first strategies.

· Skillful in succinctly conveying essential information to the right audience with professionalism and clarity for informed decision-making.

· Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to proactively identify problems, gather information and set and monitor a course of action.

· Diverse and creative solution orientation focusing on technical and process solutions for enterprise-wide structural and business performance improvement.

· Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills, including leading up, across and down.

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

· Self-motivated & decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing priorities.

· Competent and proficient understanding of various technology platforms, including ERPs like SAP and PeopleSoft.

· Proven strength in the application and interpretation of Project Management methodologies.

· Must be able and willing to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

· Industry-recognized certification in Project Management.

· Bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
