About the job:

We are now looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, functional, and delightful experiences that will take our platform to the next level. As a key part of our product team, you will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs that meet both business goals and customer needs.

Location:Libadiye Office

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process from user research, wireframes, and prototypes to high-fidelity visuals and final hand-off.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to translate complex problems into elegant, simple user experiences.
• Advocate for our users by deeply understanding their needs, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Partner with the product team to define and implement a strong design system across platforms to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Continuously test, learn, and iterate on designs through usability testing and A/B experiments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Use data and feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring a balance between business needs and user value.
• Collaborate across the organization to maintain alignment and ensure design excellence in every customer touchpoint.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or a similar role in a digital product environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of delivering impactful and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working on marketplace or e-commerce products is a significant plus.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and UX principles.
• Comfort with using data and insights (e.g., from Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Firebase) to guide design decisions.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, give and receive feedback, and build consensus.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams.
