Senior Back End Developer, Critical Systems

Are you a proactive and experienced Back End developer looking to join a team working on enterprise-level systems? We're seeking a talented .NET Developer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania, with an option for remote work. In this role, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies to maintain and develop high-quality solutions for our client.

Main responsibilities

• Develop administrative, back-office and support systems
• Work with a microservice architecture
• Collaborate closely with the team to implement client requirements and create new systems
• Apply best practices for clean code
• Manage technical debt and ensure high-quality implementations

Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of .NET experience
• MSSQL
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with Entity Framework
• Strong written English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-level systems
• Knowledge of REST, Docker and GraphQL

• Salary between 4300 – 5300 gross / month.

Hiring process

• Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
• Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
• Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
• Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
