Project Manager

Position Title: Project Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Toronto - 4 days in office/week

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, resource requirements, and performance benchmarks
• Apply estimating models and document assumptions to build realistic schedules and budgets
• Track and analyze project metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Assess and manage project risks, scope changes, and impacts on schedule and budget
• Facilitate meetings with business and technical teams to drive deliverables forward
• Provide operational readiness support by completing required forms and templates with development teams
• Manage client expectations, address minor project issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
• Coordinate project closure activities such as client satisfaction surveys and post-project analysis
• Archive project documentation, tools, and findings for future use

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and status tracking
• Experience with risk assessment and issue resolution
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
