What are you going to do as HR Data Scientist?

Do you want to use your data skills to optimize Employee Experiences, while simultaneously helping organizations with their business performance? We are looking for people who are curious about human behavior, love data science and want to be part of the #1 People Analytics team in the BeNeLux.

As a HR Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in HR projects focusing on people themes such as Engagement, Vitality & Absenteeism, Turnover, Diversity & Inclusion, and Strategic Workforce Planning. With your data science skills, you generate insights that enable our clients to take the right decisions on these topics. These decisions and subsequent actions will lead to a superior Employee Experience for employees at our clients, while also boosting the organizational performance. 

Your work as HR Data Scientist at #Highberg

You will work for one or more renowned companies like NN Group, Jumbo Supermarkten, Friesland Campina and others. Together with your Highberg colleagues you will help our esteemed clients with generating diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive insights pertaining to People and Organizational challenges and opportunities. To generate these insights you will first combine, explore and transform data sets. Subsequently you will apply data science techniques to generate insights. Lastly, you will use your visualization and storytelling skills to make the insights compelling and actionable.

What are we asking?

  • You have 2-4 years of working experience
  • Eligible to work in the EEA without the need for visa sponsorship
  • Available for ≥ 4 days a week and within 1 hour’s travel of our Amsterdam RAI office
  • Knowledge of statistical / machine learning methods
  • Advanced in Python, and skilled in Azure, Databricks or other relevant tools
  • Proficient in English. German and Dutch are a plus
  • Participation in a pre-employment screening is part of our application process

  • Base salary ranging from EUR 3.900.- to 4.700.- per month based on your experience and skills, and excellent benefits including performance pay, provisions for mobility, pension and leave

You will join the People Analytics & Research team that is part of the Organizational & Sustainability Transformation hub. A great bunch of smart and driven professionals, that will always be there for you with an idea of a helping hand! We are not only working hard together but we are also having fun together - we organize social events, and we are doing a lot of fun activities, such as getaways, Friday drinks and sport events.
