Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Angular) – SaaS-Utrecht (Hybrid) Up to 90k

My client is redefining how professionals manage real estate portfolios. With a smart and scalable SaaS platform, they bring structure and control to a domain that’s traditionally been complex and fragmented. The platform is designed for those who keep cities running , from property managers to financial controllers, giving them the clarity they need to make better decisions, faster.

As they grow, they’re forming a new development team and looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, one that evolves into a hands-on Tech Lead as the team expands. This isn’t about people management or corporate structure. It’s about hands-on engineering, ownership, and shaping the technical direction of a product that matters.

You will join a lean, fast-moving team of 9 (and growing), working closely with both Dutch and English-speaking engineers. Whether your strength is full-stack, backend, or DevOps, your input will be critical in building a thoughtful engineering culture and in solving problems that go far beyond code.

Requirements:

• Experience with a modern tech stack: .NET & preferably Angular2+ (React/Vue)
• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup (±2 days/week in the office)
• Dutch fluency not required; A2+ Dutch or fluent English is sufficient
• Strong willingness to learn and grow technically
• Collaborative mindset and awareness of team and cultural fit
• Appreciation for social cohesion and clean architecture
• Motivated to build products that provide real value
