We’re Looking For

A Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong generalist profile and solid experience across the entire design process — from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving human-centered design decisions.

Must-have Skills

You Are a Good Match If You Have:

Proven experience in UX research, including conducting user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and usability testing.
Strong UX design capabilities: information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and interaction design.
Solid UI design skills, with the ability to create polished mockups and interactive prototypes.
Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
Comfortable collaborating with business analysts and developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to articulate design decisions clearly.

Nice To Have

Experience leading discovery phases to uncover user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Experience working with and ideating solutions involving artificial intelligence (AI).
Comfortable collaborating with distributed and cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Background in service design is a plus.
