Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our customers’ needs and our technical team. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring alignment with the project’s modernization goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, including the customer’s Product Owner, as well as other project-leading Business Analyst, solution architects, and technical leads to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of a modernized solutions stack.

Your Role at FrontIT

· Opportunity to shape IT solutions for most important FrontIT customers.

· Specify and visualize business processes and requirements (UML, BPMN diagrams, story map, user stories/ use cases).

· Take ownership of the analysis domain within projects, ensuring clarity of scope, alignment with business objectives, and traceability of requirements.

· Create and maintain detailed documentation including product specifications, business processes, functional requirements and user stories, providing transparency to all stakeholders and development teams.

· Effective communication with internal delivery teams as well as external and internal business stakeholders to ensure precise implementation of requirements.

· Analyzing IT products in the market to provide consulting and advice for customers.

· Manage customers' expectations on the project outcome and manage scope changes in close cooperation with project team.

· Select and adapt the appropriate methods and techniques based

on predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (agile) approaches.

· Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance internal and external customer experience.

· Support pre-sales and project initiation efforts by defining business analysis scope, effort estimation, and identifying key discovery activities.

Your Expertise

· Lithuanian language skills - must.

· Leading scoping and planning of Business Analysis work.

· Proficiency in techniques such as SWOT analysis, gap analysis, and requirement elicitation.

· Strong documentation skills, with the ability to detail, organize, and maintain requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle.

· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.

· Feel comfortable working on complex projects and in environments with many dependencies.

· Market knowledge in eCommerce, Self-Service, CRM or PIM systems.

· Familiarity with digital transformation or modernization projects is highly desirable.

· Ability to work as high-level, or as detailed, as the task requires.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-project setup.

· 3+ years track record showing successful performance as a Business Analyst.

· Critical thinking and diligence throughout the work artefacts.

· Experience in Tech industry.

· Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and English skills.

· Certification in business analysis (CBAP, IIBA or similar) is an advantage.

• Monthly Gross Salary range is: 3400 - 4500 € depending on candidate's experience.
