Position Requirements

· Software project management experience - 3 years minimum.

· Agile mindset and experience as an IT project manager.

· Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile (Kanban, Scrum, dual track Agile), Waterfall).

· PM certification is an advantage (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2 or other).

· Experience working with external customers.

· Customer and business oriented mindset.

· Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

· Such personal qualities as proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to effectively manage workload while seamlessly switching between multiple projects.

· Active contribution to sales activities.

· Possession of English language skills at B2 level.

· Excellent communicator in Lithuanian and English.
