Senior Frontend Developer

Candidate's location: Poland (preferably based in or near Warsaw, or willing to travel to Warsaw or Denmark occasionally if needed)

Location: Remote

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours per week)

Contract: Initial 12-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension

What You’ll Be Doing

We are hiring an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to work on the development and optimization of user interfaces for internal systems. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver scalable, high-performance applications. The position is fully remote, but candidates must operate via a Polish B2B company and ideally be based in or near Warsaw.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.js
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces and ensure consistent, user-centered experiences
• Implement lightweight, scalable front-end solutions optimized for broad device compatibility and fast load times (e.g., CDN usage, cache management)
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and data services, working closely with backend developers
• Work as part of a cross-functional team, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and subject-matter experts, to deliver well-rounded solutions
• Contribute to software validation documentation, including user requirements, functional and design specifications
  
  

You'll be successful if you have

• Proven experience in front-end development using various frameworks or raw JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern semantic web principles; experience with structured content is a plus
• Solid knowledge of front-end build tools and workflows
• Experience integrating front-end components with RESTful APIs
• Experience building statically generated websites and applications
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors
