Back End Developer

Desired Competencies

Must-Have (3–5 Key Skills):

• Experienced in web application development using NodeJS and Typescript
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Ability to write unit and integration tests
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with onsite/offshore teams

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with OpenShift Containers
• Understanding of Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and REST APIs
• Exposure to Agile methodologies

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

1. Design and develop end-to-end backend user stories
2. Implement REST APIs using NodeJS and Typescript
3. Apply best practices for Microservices architecture
4. Write unit and integration tests across all layers
5. Work in an Agile development environment
6. Collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore teams
