AGMC Geely Group Marketing team is looking for a result driven Digital Marketing professional with strong digital skills and proven track record of delivering Excellent Digital outcome. This critical role includes but is not limited to SEM, SEO, Website management including performance metrics and analytics, and Digital campaign management to support business growth in the UAE.
This role is key in supporting the business growth throughout innovative digital solutions and in market best in class online executions
Plan and mange digital campaigns from briefing, launch to final evaluation/KPI phase
Key Accountabilities:
Campaign launches & Management:
Lead end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other paid media platforms.
Oversee asset creation, testing, and optimization to drive high ROI.
Measure day to day Leads performance and recommend action plan and campaign optimization action plans.
Content & SEO Optimization:
Collaborate on creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content for web, social media, email and other direct marketing executions
Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO for improved organic search visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize Google Analytics, and other tools to analyze campaign performance and website traffic.
Generate reports and insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media profiles, recommend tactics and execute plans to increase brand presence and follower engagement.
Implement strategies to boost reach, engagement, and increase brand sentiment.
Website & IT;
- Brief and manage website backend solutions in collaboration with central IT team and website development team
- Lead new IT solutions rollout from a functional and technical standpoint including:
- Website upgrade/new functionalities addition
- Website integration with internal DMS solution
- Website tagging coordination with media team for paid campaigns measurement
- Implementation of new automated marketing solutions
- Experience in App development would be a plus
Email and Direct Marketing:
Develop and optimize targeted email campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
Use A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Formal Qualifications and Experience
- BBA degree preferably in Marketing
- 5 to 10 years’ experience preferably in automotive field.
- Agency background is highly recommended
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)- Arabic is highly recommended
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- MS office (PPT, Word, Excel)
- Data Analytics – can generate, understand and formulate learnings from various data sources.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe, other CMS management is a plus
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques and keyword research
- Familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress, Sanity, Adobe Experience Manager
- Familiar with DMS systems like Autoline, Salesforce.
- Knowledge of traditional media is a plus to ensure 360 integrations between traditional and online marketing initiatives.
