HR Operations Generalist (32-40h/week)

Our team is committed to providing excellent service to all (future) employees throughout their journey at Applied Medical Europe. In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our HR operations and working closely with colleagues across multiple teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and organize personnel documentation and correspondence
• Keep the HR database (SAP) and personnel files up to date
• Provide accurate data for payroll and employee compensation
• Handle administrative tasks related to insurance and HR compliance
• Answer questions from employees and new hires in a timely, helpful manner
• Update checklists and templates
• Work closely with internal partners to ensure streamlined operations
  
  

Internally titled Team Member Relations Operations Generalist, this position reports to the Team Leader TMR Ops. This role is offered as a one-year contract.

What You Bring

• MBO level or equivalent education, preferably in Human Resource Management (HRM)
• Experience in an administrative role—or a relevant internship
• Familiarity with HR databases (SAP is a plus)
• Strong computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is an advantage
