Our team is committed to providing excellent service to all (future) employees throughout their journey at Applied Medical Europe. In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our HR operations and working closely with colleagues across multiple teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and organize personnel documentation and correspondence
- Keep the HR database (SAP) and personnel files up to date
- Provide accurate data for payroll and employee compensation
- Handle administrative tasks related to insurance and HR compliance
- Answer questions from employees and new hires in a timely, helpful manner
- Update checklists and templates
- Work closely with internal partners to ensure streamlined operations
What You Bring
- MBO level or equivalent education, preferably in Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Experience in an administrative role—or a relevant internship
- Familiarity with HR databases (SAP is a plus)
- Strong computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is an advantage

- This is a mainly on-site role
- Commuting allowance of €0,23/km or an NS Business card subscription
