Marketing Co-ordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant with a strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry for our client. The ideal candidate will support our marketing and sales efforts through email campaigns, social media management, events coordination, and other administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital assets and looking to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns:
Assist in the creation, scheduling, and tracking of email marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, or similar tools.
Manage subscriber lists and ensure email deliverability and compliance.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Social Media Support:
Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram) tailored to a crypto-savvy audience.
Monitor engagement and trends, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and engaging content.

Content Collaboration:
Support content creation, including blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Coordinate with design and content teams to align messaging across channels.
Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Events Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing crypto-focused events, both virtual and in-person.
Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, attendee communications, and on-site support.
Help develop event promotional materials and track RSVPs.

Marketing & Sales Support:
Conduct research on crypto market trends, competitor activities, and target audiences.
Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
Provide administrative support for the sales team, including CRM updates and lead tracking.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles.
Familiarity with the crypto/blockchain industry and its community trends.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
