For Mid-Level Candidates

• Minimum 3–6 years of professional experience in product management or product ownership
• Successfully led at least one product from concept to market launch and contributed to its successful production deployment
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams

For Senior Candidates

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in product management/ownership
• Led multiple successful product launches and managed product portfolios
• Experience mentoring junior product team members and driving organizational product strategy

Technical Skills

• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of user story mapping and backlog management techniques
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and modern development frameworks
• Experience with customer research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design approaches
• Understanding the principles of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and modern tech stack
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (Advanced knowledge is a plus)
• Previous experience of infrastructure related product development is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Own and prioritize product roadmap decisions with clear acceptance criteria and user stories
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout product lifecycle
• Strong business acumen, including a solid grasp of metrics, KPIs, and the financial implications of product decisions through a profit-and-loss focused mindset
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and roadmap updates
• Present product updates and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Monitor key product metrics, KPIs, and user behavior analytics to drive data-driven decisions
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches from concept to market
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary liaison between technical and business teams
• Work in accordance with Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive continuous process optimization
