PureCS is seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team that is transforming the future of healthcare. This is your opportunity to work on high-impact AI and analytics projects that improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and drive real-world change in healthcare delivery.

As part of the AI Organization at PureCS, you will contribute to strategic initiatives across hospitals, public health systems, and national programs, working alongside clinicians, data scientists, and innovators at the forefront of health tech.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply advanced analytics and AI to deliver prescriptive recommendations for strategic healthcare use cases

• Build, monitor, and optimize model performance using key metrics

• Work with LLMs, generative AI, and knowledge graphs to pioneer new solutions

• Use a consulting mindset to translate complex problems into scalable solutions

• Collaborate across departments to source, clean, and integrate healthcare data

• Develop predictive models for early intervention, patient risk stratification, and personalized care

• Build tools and platforms that drive smart decision-making across Pure Health Group entities

• Present insights with clear reports and visualizations for both technical and non-technical teams

• Stay updated with AI and healthcare innovation trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, or related fields

• 4–8 years’ experience in data science, ideally in healthcare

• Experience with EHRs, clinical trial data, medical imaging, or healthcare data standards (preferred)

• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and knowledge graphs is a plus

• Problem-solving mindset and a consultative, stakeholder-first approach

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passionate about using data to improve lives
