About The Role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team as a full-time, remote employee. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who has a passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between design and development, translating mock-ups into functional, high-quality websites and applications. You will collaborate closely with our full-stack teams to develop reusable UI components and design patterns that can be adopted across various product lines. Your expertise in Figma and JavaScript will be instrumental in creating innovative user interfaces that enhance user productivity and operational efficiency. This position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, and the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our local offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role
• Proficiency in Figma and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of design and development best practices
• Experience with industry tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe XD, and InVision
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
• Experience utilizing UX research methods to inform design decisions
• Familiarity with A/B testing and analyzing user interaction data
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with full-stack teams to develop common UI components and design patterns adaptable across product suites
• Maintain UI consistency and adhere to design language standards in daily work
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Serve as the link between the design team and development team to ensure seamless implementation
• Design innovative user interfaces and interactive models leveraging next-generation web technologies
• Conduct research to understand core user problems and develop solutions that address their needs
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in UI/UX design and web development
