We are currently seeking an Technical Support Engineer to work 100% remotely with one of our clients. This is a temporary position.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets, resolving product issues and bugs, and offering technical guidance.
- Use our AI-powered tools to process and manage support tickets efficiently.
- Lead communications during outages and incidents.
- Identify and implement improvements to support operations.
- Work with Engineering to escalate and resolve complex technical issues (minimally).
- Provide feedback to the Product team to address recurring issues.
- Create templates, tutorials, and documentation for users.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in software development or systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience building applications using JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to our products and tools.
