Project Manager – Microsoft 365

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)

We’re partnering with a well-established IT solutions provider, known for delivering enterprise-grade digital transformation and cyber resilience initiatives across Australia. They’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead key client projects focused on Microsoft 365.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity streams (SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Essential 8 compliance).
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, and risk – with a strong focus on governance and reporting.
• Coordinate deployment of solutions like SharePoint migrations, device management via Intune, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) configurations.
• Drive cyber uplift projects aligned with the Australian Essential 8 framework, ensuring security baselines and controls are met.
• Facilitate workshops, prepare documentation, and maintain project cadence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within IT or MSP environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 stack, particularly:
• SharePoint Online (migration, governance, user training)
• Microsoft Intune (device management, compliance policies)
• Entra ID / Azure AD (identity and access management)
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, especially the Essential 8.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Project certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are highly regarded.
