Full Stack Engineer

We're hiring multiple experienced Fullstack Developers for long-term contract roles (initial 12+ months) with a leading tech-first organization. These are hybrid roles based in Lisbon, requiring 2 days/week onsite. Immediate start preferred (2–3 week notice period ideal), with Node.js backend experience as a critical requirement.

Key Details:

• Contract Length: 12+ months
• Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite in Central Lisbon (non-negotiable)
• Start Date: Immediate or up to 2–3 weeks' notice

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features
• Contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews
• Work independently and proactively in an agile, team-oriented environment

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong recent experience with Node.js on the backend
• Proficiency with React on the frontend; comfortable working across the stack
• Clear, practical communication and ability to collaborate in fast-paced environments
• Able to provide real-world examples of independent problem-solving and delivery
