The Role of a Delivery Consultant

Increment Delivery Consultants are highly versatile client-facing professionals who blend the skills of business analysis, change management and project coordination. In a rapidly evolving role, Delivery Consultants are highly adaptable, eager to grow, and thrive in tackling new challenges in diverse, dynamic environments.

Delivery Consultants engage in end-to-end delivery of scoped projects, focusing on exceptional execution of deliverables and client management. From the elicitation of requirements to traceability and testing through implementation and development of change materials, Delivery Consultants drive the overall success of our customers. By capturing key insights and information along the way, Delivery Consultants contribute to the knowledge that identifies and supports future opportunities to partner with our customers to deliver incredible solutions.

The ideal applicant will be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support discovery sessions alongside our technologists to understand our client’s needs and environment
• Capture and manage detailed requirements to ensure we build and maintain a shared understanding of the solution with our customers
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate solution delivery
• Develop organisational change documentation and training materials
• Facilitate training sessions, encouraging stakeholder participation and buy in
• Assist the coordination of finances, schedule management, logistics and scope control
• Capture project, client and domain knowledge to share with the project team and wider organisation
• Support the project team with stakeholder management and risks and issues identification and management
• Identify opportunities for future engagements with our customers to help them achieve their business goals

Qualifications and Experience

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly written communication
• 2-3 years working as part of project teams delivering a range of solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and cope with the unknown
• Ability to prioritise effectively to balance competing demands and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
