Crew HR Specialist

Intro

Join our team as a Crew HR Specialist and play a key role in supporting our crew members throughout their employee journey. From recruitment and onboarding to contract management and crew support, you’ll ensure smooth HR operations, maintain accurate records, and foster clear communication across our global team—keeping crew experience and efficiency at the core of your daily work.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations related to crew recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
• Assisting in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment-related activities
• Preparing and organizing documentation related to hiring, contract changes, or terminations
• Maintaining and updating internal databases with crew information and digital personnel records
• Responding to crew inquiries related to HR procedures, policies, and documentation
• Monitoring and managing the crew ticketing system by reviewing, assigning, and resolving incoming HR-related requests
• Ensuring timely and accurate communication with crew members
• Cooperating with external partners and agencies to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes
  
  

We Expect You To Have

• At least 1 year of experience working as HR Ops, HR administrator or Recruiter
• Aviation related work experience would be a great advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to really see others and build strong relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication and people management skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving personality with hands on mentality, customer orientation
• Great English skills, both speaking and writing
• Solid Excel skills, experience with other HR tools or systems is a plus
