In this fast-paced role, you will cooperate with various teams and coordinate the global brand implementation, execute multi-faceted brand design projects across all divisions of the company.
Graphic design-entered, your work will include a broad variety of design creation and content coordination tasks, as well as day-to-day support for the global creative and brand team.
Proficient in graphic design and visual communication, you specialize in brand storytelling and multi-platform content creation. Passionate about multichannel graphic design, crafting compelling visual narratives respecting brand identity, supporting the creation of marketing campaigns, and audiovisual content and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Your responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Coordinate and create year-round global Art Basel marketing collateral assets (online & offline), ensuring consistency and brand alignment
- Coordinate global campaign adaptations across multiple formats (banners, posters, ads, social media assets, digital screens, print materials, app, etc.)
- In addition to creative input, the role involves hands-on artwork development, including visual adaptations and building out brand books and templates in line with Art Basel’s design standards.
Content production
- Coordinate and oversee photography and videography productions for Art Basel events, marketing campaigns, and editorial content
- Manage the end-to-end production of audiovisual content for Art Basel's online channels (website, social media, app, newsletters, and digital campaigns)
- Oversee media asset storage, sourcing, organizing, and editing Art Basel imagery and video assets for various brand touchpoints
- Embrace and propose new design and creation tools to stay ahead in the evolving landscape (i.e. Ai tools, brand benchmarking, etc.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, photographers, and videographers to maintain high production standards and meet campaign needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams, to execute on business needs
- Provide day-to-day support to the Creative, Brand and marketing team, ensuring seamless workflow across projects
Your profile:
- CFC or Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, graphic design, communication design, or related field.
- Strong conceptual and execution skills in both analog & digital graphic design, ensuring seam-less campaign adaptations across online and offline formats.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple projects and launches while staying cool, focused, and solution-oriented under tight deadlines.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, and multi-media content production, with a keen un-derstanding of photography and videography coordination.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and Mac OSX; working knowledge of Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
- Solid collaboration and relationship-building skills, working effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and external agencies.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), with strong communication skills to articulate creative concepts and brand vision effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving brand and business needs.
