Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Production Performance Specialist to work closely with Turkish Technology in order to continuously improve the efficiency of our software development, maintenance, and support processes, and to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. This position will play a critical role in ensuring that the software development and maintenance & support services provided by Turkish Technology fully meet our company’s needs and comply with SLA (Service Level Agreement) criteria. The role will also involve monitoring and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Position located at: Halkalı

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure that software development (new products and enhancements to existing products) and software maintenance & support services provided by Turkish Technology meet the defined quality and service standards.

• Conduct project monitoring, control, and auditing activities to ensure software development and maintenance projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. Track project progress and propose improvements when necessary to achieve set objectives.

• Ensure that software development and maintenance support services, as well as related SLAs in contracts with Turkish Technology, are accurately defined, monitored, and updated when needed.

• Track the performance of software development and maintenance services, prepare reports, and regularly share them with internal stakeholders.

• Ensure that the supplied software development and maintenance & support processes are defined and executed in line with industry best practices, monitor their effectiveness, and implement improvements.

• Oversee the adequacy and competencies of the human resources involved in software development and maintenance services, ensuring operational processes run efficiently through proper coordination.

• Collect customer feedback, take action for service improvements, monitor customer satisfaction, and ensure continuous enhancement accordingly.

• Manage potential risks in IT service procurement processes, conduct risk assessments, and report periodically.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).

• Experience in managing software development, maintenance, and support services.

• Knowledge and experience in project management and auditing.

• Knowledge and experience in SLA management and reporting.

• Proficiency in using corporate reporting tools and developing reports.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

• Customer-oriented approach in IT services with a vision for enhancing service quality.

• Openness to learning and adapting to new technological approaches.

• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
