Salary: 65k-95k

The Job

We’re looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our team, playing a key role in the development of complex control software for high-tech machines. You’ll work with advanced C, C++, Python, and C# codebases, developing solutions for high-performance, real-time systems and collaborating closely with experts in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronics engineering.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop software for complex modules in machine control.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
• Drive agile development practices within Scrum teams, implementing innovative tools and techniques.
• Work on continuous integration and configuration management for software quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in high-tech machine control, real-time OS, and software architecture.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and/or C#; CI/CD experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
