Job Title: Benefits and Leave Specialist

Location: Remote

Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2026

Working Pattern: Full Time


Responsibilities:


  • Administer and manage employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave policies.
  • Process leave requests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of benefits and leave programmes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits and leave data.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on benefits and leave programmes for employees and managers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation that may impact employee benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits and leave initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on benefits utilisation and leave trends to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in benefits administration or HR-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, leave policies, and relevant laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
