Job Title: Benefits and Leave Specialist
Location: Remote
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2026
Working Pattern: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave policies.
- Process leave requests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits and leave programmes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits and leave data.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on benefits and leave programmes for employees and managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation that may impact employee benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits and leave initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on benefits utilisation and leave trends to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in benefits administration or HR-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, leave policies, and relevant laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
