Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within Oman. The role involves identifying opportunities, forecasting projects, and delivering value-based technical and commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect company interests by maintaining confidentiality, complying with policies, and representing core values professionally.
- Stay updated on market trends in Oman, establish consultative client relationships, and analyze competitors to position offerings strategically.
- Promote the full portfolio of solutions (servers, storage, networking, security, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, support, and managed services).
- Prepare accurate project pipelines, forecasts, and proposals to meet yearly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Win new business, expand market share, and develop long-term customer accounts.
- Build value propositions, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Support project management, collections, and contract teams when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2–6 years of sales experience with system integrators or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Oman market and proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills.
