Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Dot Net Engineer role. The Senior Dot Net Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining .NET applications, including both web and desktop applications. Daily tasks include writing clean, scalable code, testing and deploying applications, troubleshooting and providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW.

Mandatory Skill: Dot net, React, Next.JS, AWS

• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) development.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on expertise in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript).
• Experience with AWS services and DevOps automation (CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP).
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (C#).
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Apply best practices in design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

• Work with SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL for schema design, performance tuning, and query optimization.

• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, etc.).
• Ensure application monitoring, logging, and alerting using cloud-native tools.
