They are now looking to expand their passionate team with a ServiceNow Consultant who shares our values of innovation, customer-centricity, and hands-on problem solving.
Your Role
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with their business needs. You’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Design and configure ServiceNow applications across modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or custom apps
- Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and ServiceNow tools
- Lead or support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to clients
- Collaborate with internal developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
Requirements
- Located in Belgium with the ability to occasionally travel to client sites (majority of work can be remote/hybrid)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and development tools
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (ITSM, CSM, etc.) are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive, client-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
