In this role, you will play an active part in delivering innovative projects, supporting clients in the implementation and continuous development of ITSM, ITOM, CSM or FSM modules within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead and support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM,FSM, CSM, and ITOM.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet client needs.
- Design and optimize workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Support ITOM capabilities such as discovery, service mapping, and event management.
- Enhance customer and field service processes through CSM and FSM solutions.
- Provide guidance on platform best practices, governance, and scalability.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Required Experience-
- Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform (typically 3+ years)
- Hands-on experience with either FSM, CSM, and/or ITOM modules.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in FSM, CSM, or ITOM)
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration (flows, workflows, UI policies, integrations)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Must be able to speak German fluently.
