ServiceNow Developer

About the Role-

In this role, you will design, enhance, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include configuration, scripting, integrations, and automation, with a strong focus on translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

You will collaborate closely with the Platform Owner and Technical Architect to ensure all development aligns with the platform’s architecture and governance standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment and values continuous improvement, quality, and reliable delivery.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and modules
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency across the organization
• Manage development tasks within sprint cycles and contribute to planning and effort estimation
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of existing solutions
• Participate in governance and architectural discussions alongside the Platform Owner and Technical Architect
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and help implement them where they deliver business value
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure maximum benefit from both existing and new platform functionality

They are Looking for Someone Who-

• Has experience in ServiceNow development, ideally 2+ years
• Enjoys bridging business requirements with technical solutions
• Has solid experience with modules such as CSM (ITSM), GRC, or WSD, and understands data and process flows across modules
• Is proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API integrations
• Has experience working in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
