Digital Tech Lead/ Scrum Master (Pharma)

Start: Immediately

Contract: 6-months (Possible Extension)

Location: Belgium (Hybrid working schedule)

Rate: 80-90 Euros depending on credentials

We’re hiring a delivery‑focused Digital Tech Lead / Scrum Master to drive the delivery of Generative AI (GenAI) use cases within a high‑impact digital technology environment. You’ll coordinate a cross‑functional squad (UX, BA, QA, software engineers, AI experts) and keep initiatives moving on time, to scope and quality, and on budget—while helping evolve the organisation’s GenAI platform and roadmap.

What you’ll do:

• Own delivery of prioritized GenAI use cases: plan, sequence, and track tasks, manage risks/dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned with clear status and reporting.
• Run pragmatic Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster continuous improvement; maximize team throughput and quality.
• Manage the backlog in Azure DevOps in close partnership with the PO; ensure acceptance criteria, estimates, and readiness for smooth flow.
• Upfront intake & scoping: clarify scope, gather required intake artefacts, support estimation and planning before project start.
• Budget awareness & tracking in collaboration with Service Delivery Lead; surface variances early and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate custom build deliveries (e.g., .NET, Angular) and align with platform evolution and security/GxP expectations.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years in project delivery with Agile/Scrum in technical teams. Strong servant‑leadership and facilitation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management in international settings; crisp communication and written reporting.
• Hands‑on with Azure DevOps (boards, queries, dashboards); proficient with Microsoft 365 and common PM tooling.
• Experience delivering custom‑built solutions (e.g., .NET, Angular) and navigating dynamic technical environments.
• Risk management mindset: escalate early, unblock fast, and keep delivery predictable.
• Passion for good Agile practices and a strong interest in (Gen)AI technologies. GxP/Pharma experience is a plus.
