Our Plc client is welcoming an enthusiastic and driven HR Administrator to join their team for a 9 month contract. This role will provide HR support to all employees in a generalist capacity and look at an exciting new systems project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees through a variety of processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Act as an advisor to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Regular maintenance of internal systems, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out regular data cleanses.
- Administration support for onboarding, off boarding, payroll and personnel administration process, as needed – preparing contracts, updating relevant systems.
- Support performance management processes by providing guidance on performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR admin role or similar
- BA in HR, Business or equivalent
- Experience in an HR generalist role or a similar position, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
- Experience with Workday systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
