Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating both static and video assets to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Holding a Bachelor's Degree
• An excellent command of written and spoken English
• Having 3+ years of experience in relevant positions
• Passion for marketing and enjoyment of the design side
• A strong sense of creativity and teamwork
• Proficiency in project management
• Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop design programs
• Advanced knowledge of After Effects
• A good level of video editing skills
• Results & process & detail-oriented approach
• Having a creative mindset
• Demonstrates strong team spirit and enjoys collaborating within a global network

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all marketing campaign designs strictly adhere to Decathlon's visual identity and brand guidelines
• Create and adapt both static and video content to support marketing initiatives across all channels
• Quickly and accurately implement design requests and revisions from the marketing and campaign leaders
• Prepare visual assets (graphics, videos, animations) for publication on social media, digital ads, email marketing, and in-store displays
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency of all design outputs
• Adapt global brand guidelines to fit local market needs while ensuring compliance with commercial and legal regulations
• Ensure all design outputs meet high-quality standards and are error-free before publication.
• Monitor the performance of visual content and incorporate feedback to optimize future designs.
